With over 10 years of diverse working experience, Lika has demonstrated expertise in legal research and writing. As a National Expert for the US, she conducted research for the European Commission (DG EMPL), exploring options for updating Council Directive(s).

Lika's contributions extend to the Intellectual Property and Technology Law Journal of the University of San Francisco, where her article was published.

Nino is a legal professional with a diverse background in law and economics from esteemed universities in Georgia and Germany. Certified as a privacy professional in Europe (CIPP/E), she brings over 6 years of diverse professional experience, applying her expertise in various areas of law in both Germany and Georgia. Her primary focus includes data protection law, antitrust & competition law, and compliance. Having worked in both the public and private sectors, Nino has gained insights into policy-making, regulatory frameworks, and the challenges faced by businesses.

Nino also serves as an Ambassador of the European Legal Technology Association (ELTA) in Georgia. Additionally, she is a member of the Robotics AI Law Society (RAILS), the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP), and the Swiss LegalTech Association.

Marine is certified as a privacy professional in both Europe (CIPP/E) and the US (CIPP/US). During her time as a data protection intern at Scoro, Marine sharpened her expertise in privacy matters. She played a key role in enhancing privacy training programs, conducting thorough assessments of data transfer impacts, and performing comprehensive controllership analyses, making significant contributions to the company’s data protection efforts. Marine also served as a policy researcher and Team Leader at the Center for AI and Digital Policy (the USA), where she contributed to “AI and Democratic Values,” a first comprehensive survey of national AI policies. Her experience at CAIDP underscored her dedication to addressing complex legal and policy challenges in the realm of AI and digital technologies.

Salome is a legal professional with over 8 years of experience in Public Law, with a specialized focus on Data Protection and Administrative Sciences. Her expertise encompasses advanced legal research and pedagogical activities. She is actively engaged in research on artificial intelligence and data protection within the Georgian, EU, and USA contexts and has participated in various projects related to human rights and the protection of personal data.

Her primary research focus is on the protection of children's personal data and data protection within online platforms and Social Media.

Rusudan is a legal professional with over 10 years of diverse work experience in Commercial Law. While providing contractual and advisory services in a corporate environment for Swiss, UK, and US clients, she contributed to closure of numerous high value deals through navigating legal landscapes of US, APAC and EMEA countries.

Rusudan is certified as a privacy professional in Europe (CIPP/E) and has a deep understanding of data protection laws and information security standards.

Vato is a law student at Tbilisi State University. He has honed his expertise by participating in programs such as CopyrightX and WIPO courses, which have solidified his interest and foundational knowledge in IP Law.

In addition to his academic pursuits, Vato has gained valuable practical experience. He has served as a Research Intern at Tbilisi State University and as a Fundraising and Donor Relations Officer for local NGOs, where he developed essential skills in resource mobilization and stakeholder engagement. Currently, Vato is interning at the U.S. Embassy in Tbilisi, gaining valuable insights into international diplomacy and legal affairs.

Tamar is a law student at Tbilisi State University and legal researcher. She possesses diverse experience in various fields of law. Currently, Tamar is expanding her knowledge through an Erasmus+ exchange program at Matej Bel University, while also continuing her studies at Comenius University.

Tamar is part of a research group at the University of Southern Denmark and is a co-founder of the EuroClub at Tbilisi State University. She is an author of several legal articles.
