  • By applying to this position and sending your (1) Resume and (2) transcripts to info@iptechlaw.ge, you agree to the processing of your personal data by the IP and Tech Law Research Center in accordance with Section 5(a) of the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection.

    During the application process, the IP and Tech Law Research Center collects the following personal information: first name, last name, email address, phone number, transcripts, and all personal information indicated in your Resume and sent documents. This information will be used for the purpose of evaluating your application and potential selection for the internship position.

    Your personal data collected during the application process will be treated as confidential and will not be transferred to third parties, except in cases stipulated by legislation and/or this Privacy Policy.
    We undertake to ensure the security and confidentiality of your personal information and to implement appropriate organizational and technical measures to guarantee data security.

    Your personal information will be stored throughout the duration of the internship and for a maximum of 1 year after completing the traineeship.

    You have the right to request access to, correction, updating, addition, deletion, or destruction of your personal data if it is incomplete, inaccurate, not updated, or if its collection and processing are carried out against the law. For these purposes, as well as to request information about data processing, you can submit a request to the following email address: info@iptechlaw.ge.
